There’s a lot to like here. The people are gregarious but hard-working. They take up for you when times are hard and laugh with you when you need it. I like the maps and cartoons on my office walls. Both contribute to my interests in motion and humor. My job requires multiple personalities, but the movement between them isn’t always smooth. I have to keep my sunny-side up even when some station gets the “Lying Dog” award. There are challenges with blending creative and analytical… matching media choices with budgets, and comparing last year’s campaign to what’s selling this year… so it helps to be able to explore possibilities openly. I like working on a detailed spreadsheet to find a lost dollar then finding a funny article about Twitter gone awry. It’s good to move though work having an appreciation of the bizarre, the ironic, or just relishing the pleasure of a jocund day. We have it all at EHA and I like it.
